Arrival
Our scheduling is designed to permit the correct time needed to complete your services. Please allow time for parking to ensure you are checked in for your service as scheduled. If you are more than 10 minutes late, it may be necessary to reschedule your appointment. Credit Card Reservations may be required to reschedule your appointment.
Appointment Policy
We recommend that you reserve appointments in advance in order to receive your preferred date, time, and service provider for your services. Please note, Credit Card Reservations may be required to complete booking of your appointment.
Cancellation Policy
We ask you to be respectful of our team's time, and that of other guests, by honoring your reservation. We require at least a 48-hour notice when canceling an appointment. There is a 50% charge for cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance. Multiple bookings require at least 72-hour notice and are subject to the same cancellation fees. Repeat appointment cancellations require a full service charge.
Young Attitudes requires all appointments to be confirmed. Unconfirmed appointments will be subject to cancellation.
Multiple Service Appointments/Wedding Packages
These appointments require a credit card to hold your reservation. A 72-hour notice is required for cancellation. A no-show, no-call will result in a full service charge.
Service Guarantee We endeavor to ensure that every guest leaves the salon totally satisfied with the services rendered. Please notify us within 48 hours if you are not satisfied with your service. For refund policy, please refer to management directly within 24 hours of your service.
Credit Cards
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and Apple/Google Pay. We do not accept checks.
