Our scheduling is designed to permit the correct time needed to complete your services. Please allow time for parking to ensure you are checked-in for your service as scheduled. If you are more than 10 minutes late, it may be necessary to reschedule or amend your appointment. Credit card reservation will be required to reschedule your appointment.
We recommend that you reserve appointments in advance in order to receive your preferred date, time, and service provider for your services. Please note, credit card reservations may be required to complete booking of your appointment.
We ask you to be respectful of our teams’ time, and that of other guests, by honoring your reservation. We require a 48-hour notice when canceling any appointment. There is a 50% charge for cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance. Multiple bookings require a credit card reservation and at least 72-hour notice for any cancellations. Multiple reservations are subject to the same cancellation fees.
Repeat appointment cancellations require a full service charge.
Young Attitudes Salon requires all appointments to be confirmed. Please confirm your appointment. Unconfirmed appointments will be subject to cancellation.
Multiple Service Appointments/Wedding Parties
These appointments require a credit card to book your reservation. A 72-hour notice is required for cancellation. A no-show, no-call will result in a full service charge.
We endeavor to ensure that every guest leaves the salon satisfied with the services rendered. Please notify us within 48 hours if you are not satisfied with your service so we may invite you back in with your original stylist to make any adjustments for you.

Young Attitudes Salon wants you to love your hair at home! To ensure this, we offer the highest-quality vegan Aveda products. If the product has not been opened, you may return within 30 days of purchase, accompanied by your Young Attitudes Salon receipt. We cannot exchange/return without a receipt from our location.
